How To Add A GIF To A Facebook Comment: Wondering where all the Facebook GIF comes from and how they got to your Facebook comments or News Feed, but you never noticed a “post GIF” button for your posts? Well, Facebook does not currently support directly uploading GIFs to the platform but there is a way that can be used to do it!
Follow the steps below to post GIF on Facebook page using a third-party app - Giphy. Giphy is a free service that allows users to share gifs on their Facebook pages.

- Login to Giphy.com.
- On the upper right-hand corner of the website, click “Upload.” Next, click “Browse” and select the GIF you’d like to upload.
- Once your GIF is uploaded, Giphy will give you an option to share your GIF to Facebook. Click the Facebook icon on the right side of the screen and then select the comment box you wish to share the GIF
