Change Instagram Account Name: Just like many other social media services, Instagram allows users to change their username anytime they feel like. User's username is what is seen by every other Instagram user who's viewing the account, and it’s also what you use to log in from the web or the mobile app.

You may feel your Instagram username is not good enough or it does not portray the business you are doing on Instagram and you want to change it to something better. This article will show you how you can change your Instagram username on demand.

Follow the instructions below to change your Instagram Username;

1) Launch the Instagram app from your Home screen.

2) Tap on the Profile tab.

3) Tap on the Account Settings button.

4) Tap on the Edit Profile cell.

5) Tap on your current username to activate the text field, then delete your current username

6) Type in your desired new username to replace it, then tap on the Done button at the top right of the app.

You can as well choose to change your display name (right above your username). If the new username is not already taken by another Instagram user, then you are set.
