Facebook has a number of privacy options for your personal profile and your company's page that control if and how your content displays in searches. While you can't hide your profile from on-site Facebook searches, the site offers the option to hide your profile from external search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.

Facebook pages show up in search results both on Facebook and on external search engines by default. Your page's ranking in the search results depends on a myriad of factors including the page's popularity, name and the search engine used. Search engines use different methods and criteria when determining the order of search results, so while you may rank on page one with Google, Bing may put your Facebook page on the second page of search results.Customize Page Search ability
Limiting your audience gives you more control over who can and cannot access your company's page. For example, if your company deals in adult-related content, setting an age restriction through your page's "Manage Permissions" settings page can prevent minors from viewing the page. Also in the Manage Permissions menu, the "Unpublish Page" option lets you hide your page from everyone who isn't a page admin. While your page may still appear in search results, users clicking the link get redirected to Facebook's home page. Using Facebook's search tool, other users can find your personal profile and send you a friend request. Under Facebook's default settings, your profile may also appear in search results on other websites. Your Privacy Settings' "Do you want other search engines to link to your timeline?" option lets you prevent your profile from being indexed by search engines. Remove the check from the "Let other search engines link to your timeline" box to hide your profile from search engines. Your profile's privacy settings help mask your content even if someone does stumble upon your profile. With strict privacy settings, your profile appears mostly blank to anyone who isn't on your friends list. The Privacy Settings menu and Privacy Shortcuts menu both offer access to these settings. The Privacy Shortcuts menu offers an option titled "What do other people see on my timeline?" where you can check how your Facebook profile appears to non-friends. Use the Audience Selector tool in the status update window to determine who can see the content you post, including your pictures and timeline content.
